Starting today I’m eating healthy (no carbs like bread or crackers or pasta ew), only veggies, fruits, and protein. I’m sticking to drinking a ton of water a day and at least one cup of tea for a detox. I must exercise everyday, even little stretches/weigh lifting/sit-ups/leg lifts will do if I can’t go to the gym but that’s the bare minimum.

I want guys to swoon over me and girls be jealous of me, I want to be confident and look good in clothes and fucking sexy naked, I want to be tight and tiny and fucking worth something.
I bloated up to 150. By the end of 2014, I will be at the very least 125.
